James Loader
Founder & Director · Transformation & Programme Director
I lead high-stakes transformations where the plan has to survive regulators, suppliers, go-live weekends and the board. Over a career that began with Cobol and runs through a decade as a Capita Programme Director to cloud migrations and ERP rollouts, I've built a reputation as a safe pair of hands — the person brought in to land it, or to rescue it.
I work comfortably at board and CxO level and across global regions and third parties, and I bring clarity, structure and a sense of humour to high-pressure change. I'm technical enough to talk to engineers in their own language, and still build software myself.
I'm also a published novelist, which mostly shows up as an insistence on clear writing in every status report.
